edanta Limited has sold a 1.6% stake in Hindustan Zinc Limited for INR 3,028 crore as part of its ongoing demerger and deleveraging strategy. This move strengthens its balance sheet while reflecting investor confidence. Despite the sale, Vedanta shares traded 1% lower at Rs 454 on June 18, 2025.
