New Delhi, August 21, 2025: TVS Motor Company, a global leader in two and three-wheeler manufacturing, has officially launched the TVS King Kargo HD EV, a vehicle engineered to meet the evolving needs of urban and semi-urban logistics. Built with cutting-edge technology, robust design, and high reliability, the TVS King Kargo HD EV is designed to redefine last-mile cargo delivery. Alongside the EV, TVS also showcased its CNG variant of the King Kargo HD, which is set to launch before the end of 2025.
The new TVS King Kargo HD EV has been designed to elevate safety, comfort, and connectivity for last-mile delivery operators. It comes with several best-in-segment features such as LED headlamps and tail lamps that improve night-time visibility, stylish doors with fully rolling windows for better ventilation, and a dedicated Power Guard Mode that delivers consistent torque under heavy loads.
As India’s first Bluetooth-enabled three-wheeler, it comes equipped with TVS SmartXonnect, offering smart connectivity, real-time vehicle information, reverse parking assist, and a digital cluster that enhances driver visibility and safety even in congested city conditions.
The EV is also loaded with performance features tailored to logistics operators. It delivers a top speed of 60 km/h, a 6.6-foot load deck with leaf spring suspension, and water wading capacity of 500 mm. Its range extends up to 151.5 kilometers per charge, with a charging time of just 3 hours and 10 minutes on a standard charger. With gradeability of 20 percent and ground clearance of 203 mm, it ensures smooth operations across diverse terrains. The turning radius of 3,420 mm makes it highly maneuverable in urban conditions. The vehicle is also certified as India’s first three-wheeler to meet container safety standards for fleet operators and tower owners.
Seamlessly integrated with TVS Motor’s connected vehicle ecosystem, the King Kargo HD EV provides intuitive dashboards, actionable analytics, and a mobile-responsive interface that supports dynamic, on-the-go fleet management.

The TVS King Kargo HD EV has been co-developed by TVS Connected Fleet, a web-based platform that provides complete control and optimization of fleet operations. With advanced AI-driven features, the platform integrates real-time tracking, asset control, APIs, alerts, reports, and dashboards, ensuring operators gain maximum efficiency from their fleet.
In its first phase, the TVS King Kargo HD EV will be available across key markets including Delhi, NCR regions such as Faridabad, Noida, and Gurgaon, as well as Ghaziabad.
